All who are interested in Machine Translation or in any related area are very welcome to attend!
The venue of the conference is the Austrotel Hotel, on Miklošičeva 9, just a few minutes walk from the bus/train station. On the map of the city centre, the station is along the top right of the map, while the hotel is the one closest to it. On the WWW you can find extensive information about Ljubljana, as well as interactive maps of Ljubljana and Slovenia.
A separate page gives information on Austrotel and a number of other hotels nearby; provided is a price-list and email/fax numbers. Participants are asked to reserve their own accommodation. If staying at Austrotel please quote "EAMT Workshop" when making the reservation.
For those coming by plane, Adria Airways offers a 30% discount on the regular price to the participants and accompanying persons. Reservations can be made at the nearest Adria Airways branch office or via an Adria sales agent.
Discount can only be obtained for Adria Airways flights to/from Ljubljana and cannot be included in any other travel cost calculations. Upon registration participants will receive special tour code, entitling them and their accompanying persons to the discounted fare.
For those coming by train, timetables to/form Ljubljana are available from Deutsche Bahn.

The registration fee includes participation at the workshop, abstracts, welcome drinks, and coffee during the coffee break.
